Los Lajares, better known simply as Lajares, is a village a few kilometres inland located in the north of the island. Known for its laid back style and chilled vibe it is popular with surfers, music lovers and anyone who likes to just relax. There are some fab restaurants and bars as well as plenty of shops and a weekly craft market.
There is a regular bus service from Corralejo and El Cotillo so no excuse not to visit.
