Description
There are several long beaches and dunes near or part of Corralejo Natural Park.
Flag beach stretches from Playa del Pozo through Playa del Médano and down to Playa del Viejo. It is known for windsurfing and also plays host to the international kite festival.
In 2022 National Geographic ranks the Corralejo Dunas Natural Park 17th in its list of 40 most beautiful beaches in the world, describing it as “one of the most seductive and most ecological areas in the Canary Islands."
