What is a place Land Of Freedom? A pub? A coffee-bar? A restaurant?
A bistro? A wine bar? A brewery?
We want to be a place where you feel good, where you can eat genuinely, drink tastefully and listen to good music, where there are no strangers, only friends we have yet to meet.
It is inspired by Slow Food philosophy (good clean fair) and introduces a new way in the choice of course: you do not choose a menu on paper, but you taste what we offer, paired with a wine or a soft drink for each course, and then you take the one you prefer.
GOOD: a fresh and flavorsome seasonal diet that satisfies the senses and is part of the local culture.
CLEAN: food production and consumption that does not harm the environment, animal welfare or human health.
FAIR: accessible prices for consumers and fair conditions and pay for producers.
